聚焦重点区域\u003C/p>\u003Cp>在巴马瑶族自治县东山乡弄山村，贫困户兰美仁狭小的厨房里，一台壁挂式净水器格外显眼。“现在饮用的水很清澈、干净，喝得很放心。”说起现在饮用水的水质，兰美仁露出欣慰的笑容。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>东山乡是红色革命老区，又是瑶族同胞聚居地。从徒步挑水到凿石蓄水，从修建地头水柜到普及家庭水柜，东山人祖祖辈辈“看天喝水”。而一山之隔便是岩滩库区，村民们只能望水长叹。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>为根治东山千年缺水难题，该县经过反复调研，多番论证，大胆借鉴“南水北调”工程的经验，将红水河水“引”上东山。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>2019年9月，总投资6829.44万元的东山乡供水工程正式动工，将从根本上解决东山乡和大化瑶族自治县北景镇1个乡政府6所学校94个自然屯1.6万人饮水困难和饮水安全问题。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>巴马水利局副局长韦朝仁说，东山乡农村饮水安全工程施工难度大，提水扬程达525米，最高落差740多米，同类工程施工难度全国罕见，建材都要提前拆分,再肩挑、背扛、马驮运进工地。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>除此以外，施工用水平时要从10公里远的东山乡政府拉水。到了枯水期，还要到更远的大化北景镇拉水，一立方米水花费50元。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>“施工75%的用水都是用车拉上工地，每天拉水就要出动3台车拉6次，车跑两趟天就黑了。”项目副经理朱孝克说，为确保工程进度，施工单位采取交叉施工，高峰期出动12台挖掘机、300多人日夜奋战。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>3个月的苦战，5座泵站、74座调节水池、1个水厂终于顺利建成。2019年12月28日，东山乡举行隆重的通水仪式，清凌凌的红水河水经过消毒后“流上”陡峭的东山，无论是从保障水量、水质，还是群众取水方便的角度来说，这项工程都实现了让大石山区群众用水与城市用水别无二致。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>据了解，大石山区是广西饮水保障程度最低的地区，解决贫困人口饮水问题任务占全区的97%，为脱贫攻坚战中贫中之贫、困中之困、艰中之艰，是“硬仗中的硬仗”。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>自2018年11月以来，广西持续推进大石山区农村饮水安全巩固提升工程建设大会战。自治区水利厅督导组定期对任务最重的都安、大化等县（自治县）进行现场蹲点指导，及时解决存在的困难和问题，想方设法加快建设进度。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>截至2019年11月，广西大石山区6市30县（市、区）共完成大会战项目总投资22.12亿元，解决大石山区116.94万人饮水安全问题，占大会战目标任务的123.2%；其中贫困人口39.04万人，占目标任务的106.1%，圆满完成大会战建设任务。\u003C/p>\u003Cp>C
